Right of withdrawal
14-day right of return
According to European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
Return conditions
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must not have been used.
- Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

Received confirmation
We will send you return instructions and a shipping address within 24 hours.
Send the product
Pack the product in the original packaging and send it with a courier of your choice.
Receive a refund
After receiving and inspecting the product, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method within 14 days.
Complaints
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately at helloherharmonyglow@gmail.com. Attach photos of the damage/problem and order number.
We will review your complaint within 48 hours and offer a solution — product replacement or a full refund.
