Your rights under GDPR
According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR), as our customer or visitor to the site, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
1. Right of access
You have the right to receive information about whether we process your personal data, what data we store, for what purposes and to whom we provide it.
2. Right to rectification
If any of your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request its correction or completion.
3. Right to erasure

You can object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes at any time. After your objection, we will cease processing for these purposes.
7. Right to withdraw consent
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing already carried out.
How to exercise your rights
If you wish to exercise any of the above rights, please contact us via our contact page. In the message, please indicate:
- Your names
- Email address associated with the order (if applicable)
- The specific right you want to exercise
- A brief description of your request
We will review your request and respond within 30 days from receiving.
What data do we collect?
When placing an order, we collect only the data necessary for its execution: name, surname, email address, phone number and delivery information. We do not collect sensitive data. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
